It went well. He was knowledgeable and made some helpful suggestions which have helped a lot. I signed up for some of their treatments but have only had one treatment so far. That is why I gave them a "B" for quality. Need a little more time to assess long term improvement in my lawn.

I had very low expectations in general that re-seeding of my temperamental "lawn" would work. I've tried all manner of everything for years, including a complete re-sod job. I have been blown away by the results of Lawn Doctor's "power" re-seeding process of my lawn. I had a large bare area adjacent to a pinon tree. Some other landscape people said the fallen needles in the soil were a major problem. For $190.00 I now have thick green grass! Forget $1,000s for re-sodding, I recommend you try Lawn Doctor re-seeding first for a LOT LESS.

The workers are good. Two individuals usually come out to do the service. The service is good. They come regularly according to schedule. I would recommend them. I have been using them for about 7 years. They are very good about coming back out for issues or if my husband wants to talk to them about any concerns. We are on a maintenance plan with them and we get a discount.

The results have been wonderful. They even provided the information for contacting the Albuquerque Bernalillo County Water Utility Authority for permission to water during water restricted time periods. We also continued regular lawn service and our lawns look better this year than they have in years. We were so pleased that we purchased this summer's lawn care in a pre-paid package. We were sure their service was the service for us.
They always call to let us know when they are coming. The technicians are knowledgeable if I have any questions. They work quickly and professionally, leaving no mess in the yard.

I had used Lawn Doctor for the last 7 years or more prior to this last time in 2012. The original owner of the Rio Rancho franchise was very good at what he did and paid attention to what the customer wanted and needed. Unfortunately, he retired this past year and sold the franchise to an Albuquerque owner I think.
Once they took over, the service changed over to non-personal service and the quality quickly diminished per the looks of our vegetation. I held onto the company however until the last straw when they had left the front gate open to the courtyard after affixing the bill to the door thereby letting our turtles escape.
We had box turtles in the courtyard to control the slug population and they have been in there for the last 8 plus years. Lawn Doctor has always known that and has skipped that area for any pesticide or fertilizer use because of the turtles. Since the gate
was left open, the turtles of course escaped while we were at work.
Icontacted the new Lawn Doctor owners about the incident and the lady that answered the phone listened to what I had to say then promptly turned the conversation around as to the incident being our fault for not letting them know we had turtles located in the courtyard. I guess leaving the customers gates wide open after you have completed some tasks is standard operating procedures for them.
After thinking about their response for a little while along with the degraded service we had been getting recently, we decided to part ways with the company and bring in a new service provider for the 2013 season.
