LANE PROPERTIES OF NEW MEXICO LLC

This provider was unresponsive with everything especially with service requests. The Prop manager did not give timely feedback to the requests I made, and rarely followed through with the requests including an issue we had with our a/c unit not working which we had inspected personally and was a fire/safety hazard. We checked in with this issue for over 6 months and it never got fixed. They are currently out of business and when they did there was no warning to us until the new prop man reached out to us. I would never give this provider my business in any fashion.

I am a 60 year old retried Navy Vietnam Veteran. Due to the neglect mold has formed and has severely compromised my health. Despite repeated mold from me that there was mold and needed to be fixed. The landlord refused to services us because we were a gay married couple. She shows up unannounced and charges for maintenance but does not notify me of the charges which is illegal in this state. Future tenants should be aware of mold and harassment from the property manager. Occasionally refuses to communicate with tenants by phone, email, or mail. Has violated many New Mexico real estate laws and should lose her license. This company has two faces and both of are ugly.

,Because the property owners (and us/as tenants) are tied up in a one year contract, we will have to put up with the unprofessional property management company for another 9 months.  I had come across many bad reviews of Lane Properties of NM on the internet before moving in, but we decided to move forward out of necessity.   We absolutely needed a refrigerated air conditioner system versus an evaporative swamp cooler, and it was the only house on the market that we could find with that set up, so we took a leap of faith.  
We have certainly learned our lesson.  It pays to do the research and then make the right decision based on that research/review.  If I had the opportunity to walk away from this contract with Lane Properties of New Mexico, I would do it in a heart beat.  

This company is great at what they do. I am very pleased with the staff that works for Lane Properties. They really took care of all my needs. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs a reliable property management team. I will definetly be using this company for any of my future needs.
