LANDSCAPE SOLUTIONS

Rick and Brandon came out to the house twice. Then Rick brought his lead Crew Lupe out to show him what needed to be done. This was my first experience with my landscapers and I was very impressed that they came out 3 times before the job was actually started. My neighbors had me very stressed out before the job got started. Brandon wrote a very kind email reassuring me that everything would be fine. It was so amazing to watch how fast the crew took those machines up and down the hill. Talked to most of the crew, all of them very nice, professional, good sense of Humor one guy said he didn't know it was going to be so much manual labor and was wondering when Manuel was going to show up to do the work. Very Funny!!! The Crew worked fast.
I had a 30 inch deep by 30 inch wide trench dug 75 feet long. After this was dug then my kids and I put in a plastic barrier to contain the Bamboo. The crew came back next day and back filled the trench. They also put in the irrigation system. They had to leave and go to two other jobs then come back. They came back later and pretty much finished the job. The 3rd day they just had a few minor things to complete.
All along Rick kept reassuring me. I was worried that they would run into problems and it would end up costing me more than the estimate they had given me. Told Rick that if the Main was not right there in the back then I wanted to take the irrigation plan off the table because I was on a tight budget and did not have extra to spend. Rick was determined that he was going to put irrigation system. They found the main on the opposite side of the house and put the irrigation system in. rick kept the Price at exactly what he had quoted. This round I didn't have any extra funds so I was very happy that there was NO extra at the end.
I highly recommended this team, they make promises then they exceed you expectations.

In general this year's work was done well. The team that comes nearly every year [except when we need something specific like concrete or blocks] is the same and works well, hard, and - important to me - clean and neat.
Had some scheduling trouble this year. Took several phone calls to get it sorted out but in the end things worked out OK.
They are not cheap but the quality of work makes the small premium OK.

Wonderful! From first contact through completion, Landscape Solutions was very creative, punctual and professional. Rick Garcia is a creative genius and his crew is incredibly hardworking. I contacted Rick about designing a backyard for us (there was nothing but dirt!) before we closed on our new home. He worked closely with us to capture our vision for the property and then executed it perfectly. They gave us the perfect patio, patio cover and landscaping. The price was very reasonable for the scope of the work (nearly an acre) and the crew are perfectionists.They gave us everything we asked for and then some and we cannot recommend them highly enough. Even our neighbors were impressed by their punctuality and work ethic (having dealt with other landscapers) and are amazed by what they accomplished. This company is awesome!

Prompt responses. Took a few trips to fix problem.

The workers are some of the best that we have ever had do anything at our house. They are polite, clean up after themselves, do a very good job, and are proud of what they do.
