He installed two HVAC units which he used another contractors license. He takes the money and you do not hear back from him. He charges $1000 for permits that cost $100. He doesn't show up when the county inspectors are on site. He does not return to fix issues. He will not return calls or texts

Many mistakes were made and not fully resolved. When the plumbing was moved in the master bathroom, they forgot to hook it up and turned on the water which flooded our kitchen below. He walked away and said it will dry. Ceiling had to be retextured and repainted. Was not checked for further damage. When installing our tub it was broken because the carpenters didn't get the pony wall measured correctly. He said the tub would be ok but I was told by a tub repair person that it needed to be replaced as it would most likely be cracked further. Had to redo seals around sinks and toilets because he left gaps for water to leak and it did onto our new cabinets.

Didn't show up until confronted. Performed substandard work that later had to be replaced by another contractor. Refused to address concerns. Refused to finish job or return advanced material funds. Rude, arrogant and stupid. Watch out for this company.
