Secretarial Services
Transcriptionist had difficulty hearing, therefore the transcript was inaccurate and missing a key part of testimony. when contact and asked to review the recording for the vital piece was told it wasn't there. Wanted to charge an outrageous amount for an electronic copy. Contacted opposing counsel instead of us for approval to release transcript. Had to go to court to get transcript released which cost an additional $9500.
