K and R pest control

Provider has done pest control for us for 30 years. He has always had a key to the house to let himself in since we are at work. He is totally dependable, very honest, and has been a pleasure to work with. Our houses have been over 60 years old and are in a part of town that has a roach problem. Thanks to Mr. Ortiz we do not have roaches. He has also taken care of wasp nests, mice, termites and other pests over the years. He is very careful about the products he uses and attends trainings in his field. He always calls me the night before he comes to remind me that he is coming.

They come every month except for the last two months because the man that came broke his foot. My experience with them was very excellent. He was very dependable. He would call the day before to remind me that he is coming. He is very cautious about getting in my way or whatever. He makes sure that he is not getting in my way. Also, he is in and out. He is always punctual. So far, he kept all the bugs out.
