Jeremy and his team arrived early and did an outstanding installation. So professional, courteous and detail oriented…stayed until the job was completed. Jeremy is truly skilled and repaired some items that arrived damaged and had excellent install modifications and recommendations. We could not be happier with work, clean up spotless….

Let me preface this by saying that Just Rite Cabinet installation was the contract company that we connected with via Lowe's to come and install our new kitchen cabinets. He came and measured, and we were impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. He gave us his number to call when we knew the cabinets would be available. He knew when he measured that they would be in early in November. When we were notified that our cabinets were to be delivered, we called and left a message on Oct. 28th for Jeremy to schedule the install. He never called us back. We contacted Lowe's, and they contacted him. Still no word. After a week, we found out through Lowe's that Jeremy told them he could schedule us for the end of January. We were expected to have a gutted kitchen through Thanksgiving, through Christmas and through New Years, and he didn't think that was important for us to know so that we could make other arrangements. Other people have recommended this company to us, but our experience was that, once he thinks you are on the hook, he is non-communicative and unreliable. We will be getting a refund and going elsewhere.

We undertook a complete kitchen and adjoining family room remodeling project, starting with completely gutting both rooms. While this was a big job and our experiences with some of our other contractors were difficult, our experiences with Jeremy Dean, owner of Just Rite, were outstanding from the start to finish of the project. Prior to ordering the cabinets, Jeremy came out and made detailed measurements to ensure that the ideas that we had for cabinets would actually fit in the kitchen and flow well. He gave us important info such as where to best place wiring to be able to have under cabinet lighting and have it hide well. Jeremy was very responsive when we called him during the prework leading up to cabinet installation, such as how high up the electrician should install an outlet for an over-the-range microwave. He was always patient with our questions and with the few times we had delays and had to reschedule cabinet installation. Jeremy gave us suggestions on good places to look for cabinet hardware like pulls and knobs.
Finally,on installation day for the the cabinets, Jeremy and his crew of two associates arrived on time, got right to work, and completed the installation. My spouse and I were hovering a bit (ok, maybe more than a bit) watching the installation and asking lots of questions. Jeremy was always patient and addressed our questions and concerns immediately. Jeremy and crew were very careful in handling the cabinets and materials, and took care and protected our new tile flooring while they worked. He was very precise and picky in the quality of the installation regarding everything being level and square. The final result is fantastic. Everyone who has seen the work has been impressed.
Post installation, we had a new range delivered. The delivery crew thought that the cabinet opening for the range was too small and refused to install the range. Upon calling Jeremy, he came out immediately and installed the range for us for no charge. He, of course, didn't need to do that; but that's the kind of worker he is...the customer's needs come first. Turns out that there was nothing wrong with the opening for the range. It fit like a glove, just like it should, and is a great illustration of the craftsmanship and precision of Jeremy and Just Rite Cabinet Installs.
