My roof leaks and the stucco is falling off the walls and cracking out of the corners. Ir was a color change and now you can see the original color of stucco. They ruined my landscaping in the front yard by mixing the stucco on my gravel. Used my grandparents tools. They did not put requiered padding under the TPC roofing. Discovered this summer that they still have major leaks. Completely unprofessional. The owner asked that the checks be made to an individual instead of to the company. Grandparents never received warranty or contract .They will take advantage of the elderly and those that don't know how things should be done.

"Unfortunately our records do not show a signed contract for this work. I do see we sent out estimates. Can you please contact our office so we can try to resolve this matter. At this point I am unsure if an employee or sub used our company to move forward with this job without permission."
