He hauled everything up to the 2nd floor master bedroom.  He set up the bed-frame and moved around all the furniture in the room.  The order was incorrect and he was very unhappy about having to deliver something that wasn't correct.  Yet, he stuck by his price.

They charge by the hour, and worked very efficiently but carefully. We moved most of our things ourselves, but had several pieces of furniture and a few boxes that Joe moved for us. They were very careful with our antique furniture, and everything made it across town undamaged. I thought the price was reasonable. It took a couple of phone calls to get it all scheduled, but he showed up on time for both the estimate and the actual move. I've had terrible experiences with other moving comapnies, so it was nice to have a good experience with Joe and his employees. I would use definitely use this company again.

We had used this company for many deliveries over the past two years with overall good results. There were times when Joe would damage furniture and not own up to it so we would cover the expense. Joe is also a constant complainer but he got the job done for over two years. Our final business transaction consisted of four deliveries one day with a return drop off of damaged merchandise to our warehouse. Joe was unable to return the merchandise the following day due to the store being closed and he both lost his composure (yelling and cursing over the phone) and upped his charges without cause. These deliveries would normally have cost us about $250 to complete but Joe fabricated many reasons to jack up the charges to over $400. This was our last business transaction.
