We got our 2001 Camry back from a 10 yr loan. Our son had had work done on it during this time, but hadn't saved all his receipts, so we didn't know what it needed. We just had "all the fluids flushed and replaced" at the dealer. They also recommended having  the serpentine belt and alignment done as well, but we declined, as we felt Premier could do that for less money than the dealer wanted.
I made an appointment to have these services done at Premier. I mentioned when I dropped it off that we didn't really know for sure what services the car had had recently. Their mechanic, Mark, called me up to say he was getting ready to do the belt,  but inspected the belt and felt it had been recently replaced-still could read the lettering-and that the water pump (generally changed at the same time as the belt) looked new as well. He recommended against replacing it at this time.
He said he'd inspected the radiator and found a leak, so recommended having this replaced. He said the power steering fluid was very black, so it needed to be replaced (I double checked my receipt from the dealer and they hadn't done this). Also, he said that while many of the hoses/belts had been replaced, some had not and recommended replacing them. That together with the alignment would put the car "on the road" for quite awhile.
The service was completed in one day, despite their needing different parts than it was scheduled for.
I have had positive experiences with this group before. I really don't think they "do stuff" that doesn't need to be done.

I have used this company several times over the years, and they have never disappointed me. The first time I went to them was because they were near my home and convenient. I continue to go back to them because of the quality service they provide, and I have no hesitation about recommending them to others. Each time I have gone there, including the most recent visit, they have taken my car almost immediately while I waited, provided needed service promptly, and charged a fair price. Being a woman, I'm always wary of being gouged when it comes to car service, but I never have had cause to feel that JJ's has been anything but fair and honest.

They have better administration and I would have to take the word for it. They could have charged me a lot of money but they didn't. We have taken our daughters' car to several places and nobody could fix it but they were able to fix it.

JJ Tires checked the tire in question, and found that there was no hope of repair. Then they selected the necessary tire and replaced in short order. Everything went well.

I dropped the truck off on Saturday morning (they open as early as 7:30) and it was ready in about an hour. Rather than trying to sell me a new set of tires, they repaired a flat and topped off pressure on all the others.

I WENT IN THURSDAY FOR AN ESTIMATE FOR TIRES...I WAS GIVEN A CHOICE OF 4 DIFFERENT TIRES TO CHOOSE FROM THAT WOULD FIT MY VEHICLE...I THEN WENT HOME TO RESEARCH THE TIRES ON MY COMPUTER  CALLED BACK THE NEXT DAY TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT...THEY WERE ABLE TO GET ME IN WITHIN THE HOUR & HAD A MANUFACTURER'S SALE FOR THE WEEKEND SO THAT THE PRICE WAS EVEN LOWER THAN WHAT THEY ORIGINALLY QUOTED ME...TOOK ABOUT 4.5 HOURS TO FINISH DUE TO THE ALIGNMENT, BUT SINCE I WAS WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE OF MY HOME THAT WAS NO PROBLEM...

They’re good as far as oil changes but if I have any car repairs I take it to the dealership.  Their service is based on first-come-first-serve.

I am very pleased with my experience. When I pulled up to the shop, it was evident they were busy. The gentleman at the front desk told me it would be about an hour. They finished my veheicle in way under an hour. Plus the charge ($15) was very reasonable. I will return!

We have been going to JJ's Premier Tire since it opened.  Besides purchasing tires, we have our routine oil changes done here. We just  had a major repair done and very happy with the service.   We needed  a air conditioning motor replaced.  The work was done quickly and for the price quoted.  In the past  at other garages, we have experienced the situation of being given an estimate only to have additional costs added on.  We never have experienced this with our repairs here.  The staff is very courteous and helpful.  Since I live close to the shop, they took me back to my house while repairs were being done since it was going to take several hours for the repair.  We always feel we are receiving excellent service at a fair price by honest staff.  As seniors that is important to us.

Very professional.....had me in and out in 30 minutes.  Took vehicle down a little before 7a and they opened early to accomodate me. 

Contacted dealer to inquire about a specific set of Goodyear tires to put on our Camry hybrid. Dealer informed me that their central warehouse had one set of four left and could have them to their location the next day. I told them to go ahead and I took the car down the next morning to leave it for the day. They called a little after three to say the car was ready including the alignment. The staff was friendly and helpful. I did find it curious though that they were not at all aware of the rebate that Goodyear was offering on the tires. I was aware of it when researching tires and had printed out the form.
