We have used Jewell's for our heating and air conditioning needs for years. This summer our refrigerated air went out during the hottest weekend of the year. They were able to use a temporary part to get the unit running until the permanent part came in. Just today our furnace quit working. Matt showed up within 20 minutes and started troubleshooting right away. The furnace is around 30 years old. He found the immediate problem (a safety switch had tripped) and reset the switch. After running the furnace a few minutes, it tripped again so he went to get a replacement switch. We discussed what to watch for if there are any other problems considering the age of the unit. Professional, knowledgeable, personable and honest. What more could one ask for?? They have always been prompt to return phone calls and to call you back if there are any delays.
