I like them. I haven't used them for a while but I think they are probably my first nursery to go to. I just made a purchase from them. They have very knowledgeable people. I think their price is very competitive. They have great plants.

What I like about this Nursery is they leave you alone unless you want help, then they are very helpful and professional.

We did not like that they fired the landscaper and our trees were not under warranty.

We are having problems with the landscaping. The person's name is Chuck Lopez and he works through them. I don't think that they are really responsible for what he does since he only buys some work through them. His responsiveness is bad. We found that they are out of here once they are paid. Our biggest problem with him is that, some of the plants were under guarantee, and he has not responded to any of the guarantees.

We apologize for the experience you have had with Mr. Lopez, he is in no way affiliated with Jericho Nursery but was a subcontractor we used and was a tenant on our property. We have received complaints recently that has prompted us to discontinue using him as a subcontractor and he is no longer a tenant. Again, we apologize for the experience you have had and we hope you will continue to use Jericho as your nursery of choice."

Their service was great. Helped us pick out the perfect tree, offered to unwrap freshly delivered ones. This tree is still fresh after 4 weeks. Their service was great, price was great, and product great. This is our 2nd tree from Jericho and we'll go back next year.
