JC Painting & MAINTENANCE

Everything went very well. Chris and his father came out, removed some old vents, including from swamp cooler no longer in use, sheetrocked, drywalled & did some insulation. I also had some cracks in wall & ceiling that needed to be repaired. After that was completed, they came and painted the interior of my home. This job took several days and Chris went over everything each day and pointed out any problems or questions that arose. They moved all the large items & furniture and put them back when completed. I was very happy with the quality of the work, their professionalism and communication skills. I would highly recommend JC Painting for any of your painting, dry wall, sheet rock & maintenance needs.

This is my 2nd time using JC Painting.  I have been very satisfied both times.  Chris and Sage are friendly, good at their job and professional.   It was not "just a job" to them.  They arrived on time and finished on time.  They cared about the quality of their work and did not cut corners.  Also, their price is very competitive in today's market.  My first experience with them, which I commented on a few days ago, was the entire interior of my house.  They have now done the exterior so I probably wont need their services again for quite some time.  But I highly recommend them for any painting needs you may have.

Chris, the owner and chief painter did a very good professional job.  He went out of his way to make sure things were done correctly.  He even brought over a dog kennel in which we were able to keep our cats safely out of the paint zone.  I have recently contracted again with JC Painting for a small exterior job.  I will report separately when that job is complete, next week..  The dates I gave are only approximate; my best guess.

I received the referral to Chris and JC Painting from a stucco representative that I was getting an estimate from (didn't use). I had interviewed 4-5 painters/home repair people and chose Chris partially from his lower price in comparison to others and mainly because of his knowledge and professionalism. I had many overlapping projects on-going but Chris always tried to fit me in to help make the complex multiple scheduling work (even offered to come on weekends). The other challenge was an attempt to resurface a slightly crumbling concrete deck which he researched and came up with an affordable plan (others didn't even try to address it). When it was time to do the work, he brought a team of his partner, wife and father who were all great to work with. The job was done quickly and well and the house looks great. Matching the wood stain was pretty close and acceptable. They even replaced 2 door jams before repainting them. Very affordable and high quality work. I have used other large company painters before in town, and this work by Chris and JC Painting was less expensive and equal in quality and reliability.
I have already put a reminder on my calender for next summer to reevaluate the deck and paint and probably do some maintenance work. I look forward to working with them all again.

They did an excellent job. Our house is over 100 years old and has many nooks and crannies. And they made sure they painted all of them. They moved furniture, and replaced each piece to its original location. I would use them again in a minute.
