JACKSON HEWITT TAX SVC

On March 9th, I was there at the published opening hour (Wyoming office in Walmart), but the associate was 45 minutes late. She then got my return wrong (which I found the mistake later after checking it with other software).
On March 11, another representative found the error and filed an amended return (which was also wrong). And she was late coming in to work too. Hours posted on the website say 9AM, but the real opening is 10AM. I waited until 10:20 and the I left. The representative called me at 11 AM to say she was at work.
On March 12, I went to the main office (on San Mateo) and finally found someone competent enough to file a correct amendment. The manager said he would put me in for a refund of half of the $250.00 fee, since the first associate overcharged me in the first place.
On April 5th, I received the refund check and it was less than what I was told I would receive.
I will never, ever use a service like this again, and I certainly will not recommend them to anyone else.
I'm baffeled at how any company can stay in business performing like this.
