I have an awful house for wi fi. Add on rooms etc. He very patiently explained what needed to happen and then, made it happen, on time and on budget! I would happily recommend him for any and all computer needs!

Josh showed up at my home to configure my new hp Envy laptop. The new laptop has Windows 10 which I'm new to since all this time I have been using Windows 7. Josh is very knowledgeable, patient, kind and polite. Whenever I had a question, he answered it in detail, did everything I requested and then some. He is also very fast at what he does. Josh did and outstanding job setting up my new laptop. I definitively recommend and trust him. I would definitely hire him again.
