Badly, communication was dismal, reverse mortgage knowledge of State was non existent. Ended up on my own and had to pay cash. Due to no information from them. This fiasco cost me a lot of money as they told me in the transaction that a reverse mortgage meant I had to pay all closing costs. When they fell through, it was too late to change.

Ben and his team at Indigo Mortgage were a blessing to work with. From our first contact with them to our closing, they were responsive, informative, and on the ball! We had a complicated financial situation which he grasped quickly, found us a lender, and got us pre-approved for our loan very quickly. He checked in with us during our long hunt for the perfect house, and we found it, he provided the needed paperwork very quickly. Our funding was in place, and we were ready to close TWO WEEKS ahead of schedule! I have already recommended this company to many house hunting friends. As far as a VA Loan goes... or any type of mortgage for that matter... Indigo Mortgage is the place to go!
