I'm not sure where this company thinks I work, but they delivered the arrangement late in the evening on Valentine's Day, several hours after my work day was over and I had already left Throughout the day my husband tried to call them to find out why it hadn't been delivered, and they had a recording saying that they weren't answering their phone. They directed people to send an email instead. This was done, but never received a response. As of the next day, no response had been received. The flowers were beautiful and very fresh, but not delivered on time. Since it costs extra to buy and have flowers delivered on Valentine's Day, my opinion is that if they can't do this, they let people know up front or be willing to refund the difference. if you are looking for beautiful fresh flowers, they can definitely provide these, but if you need them delivered at a certain time, skip them and go somewhere else.
