Baldo was pleasant to deal with as the work was being done but has been unresponsive to fixing the problems with the work as finished. The patio does not drain but pools water at several points along the edge, which was one of the reasons I was replacing the old concrete. Also, the finish is very rough and traps dirt. It looks dirty all the time and cannot be cleaned off with a broom or a blower. The dirt factor was exacerbated by the non-glossy sealer that was applied to the job. I would add photos to show the result but have been unable to upload them to this review form.

They were very responsible and they arrived when they said they would. And the finished products result was a beautiful back yard patio. I LOVE IT

Baldo is extremely patient, professional, and thorough. His crew did a fantastic job on our slab for an upcoming shed build. His quote came in significantly lower than others. He takes pride in what he does and it shows in his communication and final product. We will use Ignite for all future concrete work.

Baldo took the time to really understand what I wanted and explained how he would accomplish things for a basketball court. I was trying to get 3 bids. One didn't even show, the other company was good but were more expensive. We're very happy with the service and the price made it even better. Total job with tax was about $5500. Thank you!

Take into consideration the weather which may cause delays but keep in contact with vendor to get updates on delays.

After being super happy with the it s job I hired Ignite for, I hired them again for a second job. Baldo is very professional and works very hard to make sure his clients are satisfied! Before hiring, I asked for references. He gladly gave me several. I called each one and it was always the same story of good, professional work.

They showed, on time. Did a very good job with concrete patio. He asked if I had specific requests. Came back a few days later, to take off forms. They cleaned up everything.
