The gentleman there was extremely helpful and willing to answer
questions. As I know nothing about hot tubs- I have a lot!! I
subsequently called to ask a question about draining the tub and Steve the
owner offered to come to my house to show me a faster way to drain it
-on the spur of the moment and without a service call charge! I thought
that he went above and beyond by doing that and we were very
appreciative! I went in the next day to purchase the necessary supplies
after refilling the tub and again- he was very helpful, informative and
patient. He has definitely earned our business!!
