They are very courteous and professional.  Their trainers are all very well trained and knowledgeable about the level of exercise they provide for seniors.  The price is very reasonable.  I highly recommend them.

I have a silver sneaker that comes free with my Medicare plan but I think they are reasonable. They have all the equipments I would want like fancy machines, weights and a pool. The people are very nice and helpful. If I cannot figure out how to adjust the machine, somebody will come and help me right away. They are very nice in making sure I am not doing that is not good for me because I have had a hip replaced.

They have always been wonderful. They are friendly, knowledgeable and the place is clean. They have good equipment. I will continue to use them.

They have very good equipment; they are new and up to date. They are close to my home, and it's very pleasant surroundings.

They told me I qualified for the silver sneakers program with my health plan. It turned out I could join for free and could swim at anytime and get into the fitness program. I have been working with a trainer and I think they are wonderful. It is a very good program.

This YMCA has an extensive group fitness schedule at a very reasonable price. I pay $41.00 per month for a membership that includes myself and two children. I attend two yoga classes and one pilates/yoga combo class per week. These are offered at lunch time so I am able to attend during the day and not impact my family's schedule. I would pay $15 per class at any yoga or pilates studio, so I am spending less money and am able to attend more frequently. I find the classes to not be overly full, and the instructors to be very knowledgeable. I will be able to move up to a more advanced class when I feel ready to, but I feel that will not be for a long while, as the classes offer modifications for more advanced students. This facility is newly renovated and is clean and bright.
