"[Member Name Removed], we sincerely apologize. Your workorder was being paid for by the dealership and not all the services you were wanting were initially communicated to us by the dealership. Our front office staff said that you were extremely pleasant and understanding when they spoke to you about the delay so we continued working on your vehicle to get you taken care of. Unfortunately, it did add extra time. Sometimes when a third party is involved, expectations are not properly communicated to our customer about the time needed for services. We also wanted to let you know we have tinting techs and glass techs. The walk-ins you saw did not go ahead of your vehicle, but were directed to our glass techs for glass services, usually rock chip repairs are the main walk-in activity and our tinting techs don't work on those. To receive such a negative review, we can only say we are sorry. Delays happen, we hate when they do and know your time is precious. We hope the quality of the tint speaks for yourself and that you are enjoying it. Thank you."
