We have been using your services for almost 8 years and you never fail to impress! Sean does an excellent job, even finding a black widow behind a wall hanging. He's the best!

Prices keep going up and quality of service keeps going down. The price for service continually crept up sometimes twice a year. They never warned me about the increase or explained why the cost kept going up. They no longer treat my house as thoroughly as they did in the early years of hiring them. The service they provided was good for the most part, but in the last year I have been disappointed in their ability to control my pests. I will be hiring a different company because I have been bothered by ants and spiders when I shouldn't be and haven't been before this last year.

We have been using this service since moving into our new home in 2016. We rarely see (one or two a year) any bugs, spiders or ants. The one time we saw ants inside the house they promptly came out to spray inside at no charge, end of problem. On one other occasion there was a spider web in the corner of the fence we mentioned it to the tech and he made sure the nest was irradicated, once again no further incidents.

Took care of the problem. Initial visit and follow up, there was no cost since I pay the quarterly fee. That is one of the only times I have called them in between service. Very timely, took care of the issue and no additional charge which is what I expected. They did what they were suppose to. It was an ant problem and they are pest control. I knew I could call at any time and they would take care of it and they did.

I have always been pleased with the service. The original tech was sick so they had to send someone else out. They are always very attentive, do what I need done and do it efficiently/. They are very professional. They have the right permits, certifications and do it right. They are prompt and on time barring any unforeseen circumstances.

We have an ongoing service for pest control and they missed the last appointment after making specific arrangements to show up. When we tried to reach them they did not return our calls until the following week. In all fairness they have always been good and no one is perfect, so we will continue to use this company and hope this was a one-time situation.

Tech was on time and describe what was to be done, notified us when he wa done.

The exterminator was very thorough and listened to all my concerns. It took more than one treatment due to the amount of bugs and he came back and retreated. The manager called to make sure I was satisfied with their service. They are very professional and would highly recommend this company!!

They come every three months to do a complete spray outside. The put a dust behind the baseboards and anywhere bugs might be. They spray inside the garage. We have been using them for 16 years. If we have any problem between visits, they will take care of it.

Our experience with Home Team has been a very positive one. We have used them for 5 years and continue to use them right now.

Whenever we have any issues around the house and out in the yard they address it right away. We are very pleased with them. They are very reliable. My mother in law was having trouble with wasps and she was not even a customer and they went out and got rid of the wasps for her and didn't even charge her for it.

They came out right away, and did a good job.

I like them because they are pretty punctual and responsive to my needs. I would use their service in the future.

I originally called because I saw something suspicious in our crawl space and was concerned about termites. We were also being overrun by sugar ants. A gentleman came to our house and checked for termites and looked over our house for bugs free of charge. It was not a full termite inspection because the house had been inspected a few years earlier before we owned the house (which they had a record of in their computer system). They offered to spray once, or enter into a quarterly contract and we chose the quarterly contract. They spent time with us to learn our concerns. They said that the spray would not bother our pets and it did not seem to do so (we have two dogs and a cat). The spray did not leave any odors. I have absolutely no complaints.
