Mortgage Companies
They did something wrong and could not turn the mortgage over to a bank for servicing. They have had someone in their office handling my account who is clearly not qualified. They lose track of the escrow account, pay the taxes late, pay the insurance late and they raised my payment to pay for the late fees without telling me. Avoid Home Trust, this is not a good company. They have strong armed me every step of the way since 2011 and want me to pay another $6000 for another refinance to get away from them. My refinance amount was only $100,000. This began in 2011 and continues today, 9-12-17.
