+ -1 moreWe started the home April 10th and we finally got a framing inspection that past on the 12th of October. The inspection failed on the 4th and 5th of October. Ray, the owner hardly ever showed up. Holland Construction did not pay the lumber bill and we had our lean put on our home. I fired them due to the many issues I have had with the company, and he is just a lousy builder. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
Description of Work: Building contract of $260,000 to build my new home.
