Amazing, Jeremy wants to make sure his customers are happy he goes above what is asked, makes sure when you pick up that all your questions are answered, and he always is willing to help on the phone as well. I will always go to Hipstich for all of my sewing machines. Jeremy is very knowledgeable. I feel so blessed to have found someone to work on machines that is so knowledgeable.

It went great! Tension's all fixed, and with the tune up, it runs quieter than it did when I got it (used) in 1977. EXTREMELY pleased!
