I called them to rental home I take care of, for a toilet I thought continually ran They got there before I did and had already left and come back with a new flapper . I had already talked to one guy and told him we'd replaced the insides and I'd already replaced the flapper and I thought the part under the flapper wasn't making a seal.   He said he'd have to go see what type of parts I had in the toilet.  I asked if I could send him pictures - I didn't want to have to pay for a lot for his travel time so I used my own time to travel to the house before hand to get pictures. 
I called Monday before the appt and a young guy answered and assured me he had the pictures and he knew what was
going on and everything was set.  I got to the rental house a little before the appt time and he drove up.  He said he had already checked the toilet and it needed a new flapper and he had already gone to buy it.  He replaced my already new flapper and the water still ran. He said the water was staying in the toilet rim but when the water didn't stop
he said it was the part under the flapper which is what I originally wanted him to replace.  Now he has to charge me for another hour because he was wrong when he got there and already got the wrong part before I got there. Though there is a Lowes down the street, he has to go somewhere else to buy the part (I had to make a trip to Lowes and checked the prices while there - they were half the price he charged me.)
When I got back he had replaced the part but the water still ran in the toilet.  I did notice there was something weird going on with the flapper chain and he was doing something weird to flush the toilet but didn't want to interrupt his train of thought on the problem at hand and since a flapper chain is so easy to work with I wasn't worried about  it.  He again said the water was staying under the rim of the toilet.  He got a mirror out to show me the calcium build up.  He then told me I'd need to get a hanger out to fix it.  I've never had a plumber come out and give me a bill without even trying to help me fix the actual problem but  that is what he did. 
I then had to go to the atm because he only takes cash.  I asked for a receipt before I  paid and he said if I didn't need one he wouldn't charge me tax.  Like I care about paying $10 in taxes when he charged me $180 not to fix anything.  Plus, why would I want to give him $180 in cash and not get a receipt??
I figured I'd chalk it up to a learning experience and went back to the rental house to fix the toilet.  When I got back the renter helped me clean the holes in the toilet rim but when I went to flush the toilet there was nothing connected to the handle.  I went
to grab the chain and it was going into the float.  The renter told me the guy told her we were connecting it wrong and had somehow used the old flapper chain and connected the float to the water line and
connected theflapper to itself????  Nothing was connected to the flush handle making it useless.   I never could disconnect the old flapper
chain
from the float and had to rig it so it quit making the float get stuck in the up position so the tank could fill with water.  I then had to
disconnect the flapper chain which was connected back to the flapper and hard to get off and connect the flapper to the toilet arm.
 I called him to complain and he said I should have let him come fix it - though I already knew he had another appointment after mine and it would be hours before he got back.  Besides, why would I want to spend more of my time waiting for him to come back
after his next appointment when he didn't know how to connect anything in the first place.
I emailed them after to complain and heard nothing back from them so I'm forced to complain online.
 My worst Plumbing experience ever.
Warnings:
If you don't get a receipt, there probably isn't a warranty - though I'm not sure what it would cover.
He may seem cheap but when all is said and done, it may be more expensive than a decent plumber who will fix the problem.
