They say eveything is working when it's not, don't pull weeds or replace.dead plants, plants that are dead due to their negligence.

We closed on our new home on 12/23/2014. At that time some of the plants provided in the front yard landscaping looked dead. We were advised by the builder's representative to wait for warmer weather to see if the plants were ok. After a very rainy spring, I contacted Pulte Warranty about the dead and dying plants. I was informed that the builder did not warranty the landscaping, but to contact the landscaper. Heads up staff informed me that plants were guaranteed for 6 months.  Since it was 2 weeks past the 6 month deadline (The plants were placed on 12/5/14), they would probably not be covered. Upon further investigation, we found that the valve to provide water to the irrigation system had never been turned on.  It required a special tool to turn it on. Though we had increased the watering schedule on the automated drip system, we were unaware that there had been no water to the plants. When I informed Heads Up that the irrigation system had never been started, I was informed that "since it is an irrigation problem, it is not our responsibility." I was further informed that no water had been supplied to the plants after they were planted because "it's bad for plants to have water in the winter."

Found the leak very quickly and replaced section of the pipe. Recommended timing for the sprinklers based on our lawn and we will be using less water by following their recommendations.

Hired t;hem in the spring to start up my irrigation system and despite that I called at 7:30 to confirm my 8-11 appointment, they stood me up.  Called the office at 11:30 and the woman who answered the phone seemed clueless, She called me back to say the technician would be at my house in 15 minutes. Almost an hour later, still no show.  Never heard back from the supervisor, so I am done with them and have told everyone I know.

I recommend them because of their quality of work.

David and his helper arrived a couple of minutes before the designated time.  My lawn sprinkler system had turned into a wild and insane system sprinkling the back porch and the patio, as well as whatever bits and pieces of lawn it like best.  Nothing was predictable.  They checked out the five-zone sprinkler system and found one rotor head that needed replacing and three pop-up heads in Zones 1, 2, and 4.  They replaced the damaged rotor and the three pop-ups.  Equally important, they adjusted all of the rotors and pop-ups to ensure that the spray pattern and volume were accurate.  In addition to that, David told me I wasn't watering often enough and suggested a schedule.  It is now only a week later and the lawn already looks immeasurably better than the day they arrived.
One of the most important things is that I have had various people attempt to regulate the system in previous years and have never found anyone who actually knows what they're doing.  They charged me $75 for two people for one hour's time plus $53 for new parts (plus tax).  It's nice to find someone who is both efficient and knowledgeable.

Good job. They fixed the leak and did an overall check of all the drips. They replaced a few faulty ones and installed a few new ones. My only objection is that the charged an hourly rate and they seemed to have round the rate to nearest half hour. While it only increased the charge about $15, I didn't care for that aspect of the work.

I think that they don't resolve problems, and they are not available to solve a problem. They are not customer oriented. For an individual customer they did not want to take the time to resolve my issues. I repeatedly told them about safety issues, and they did not seem to concerned.
