He called me back promptly, and even came over the same day. So far everything is going well.

The guy’s name is Randy. He’s a contractor and he has his own business. He’s licensed and insured. He was referred to us by someone and he did very good work. We paid for some of the materials. He showed up when he said he would show up. We thought the quality of the work that he did was very good. He stayed within the estimate that he gave us and he gave us a free estimate. We picked out a lot of the materials and we’ve got our house on the market right now, and obviously we didn’t go all out on the materials. We tried to keep it reasonable but he did an excellent job. He got done when he said he would. I haven’t had that happen before with contractors. We would absolutely use his services again in the future.
