Guy's Plumbing & Heating

This was an excellent experience from start to finish. The phone was answered when I called. They were willing to try to fit me in that day or the next or offered me an appointment the third day, which I took. They showed up on time, did the work, offered helpful advice, and explained what was fixed. The woman who handles the phone (sorry--I missed her name) is wonderful. I needed to switch phone numbers for them to call when they were coming and she made sure it happened even though it took working in the evening. I will definitely use them again.

Guy's was extremely helpful today. Our funace went out and they got the part and installed it the same day. I was also pleased at the very reasonable rates charged. We will use them again in the future.

I called for an estimate and Guy was there within a day.  He arrived on time and was very professional.  I asked him when he could do the work and he said he could do it right away if I wanted him to.  Of course I agreed to that and he and his son (also a plumber)  started work immediately.  They worked quickly and efficiently and I am very pleased with the results.  I have used Guy's Plumbing & Heating on three other occasions (new outside faucets on two occasions and installation of a new hot water heater on another occasion) and have always been pleased with his work ethic and his professional attitude.  I will call Guy's again if I have any plumbing issues.

THEY ARE EXPERTS AT WHAT THEY DO. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND TALKED TO ME ABOUT WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE AND THE DIFFERENT WAYS THEY COULD DO IT. I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICE AND THE QUALITY OF THE JOB.
