TERRIBLE IS THE ONLY WAY TO DESCRIBE IT. THE MAN WAS SO RUDE, AND HE WAS ONLY GOING TO GIVE ME ONE REMOTE CONTROL. YOU CAN'T OPERATE TWO DOORS FOR TWO DIFFERENT CARS WITH ONE REMOTE. I HAD TO CALL THE MAIN COMPANY TO GET HIM TO GIVE ME ANOTHER ONE.

THE WORKERS WERE PLEASANT TO TALK TO. THEY EXPLAINED TO ME WHAT THEY WERE GOING TO DO. I FELT COMFORTABLE HAVING THEM INSTALL MY GARAGE DOOR. THEY INSTALLED IT QUICKLY AND THEY DID A GOOD JOB.
