I cannot get this individual to call me back to follow through on a bid he finally provided. I had to ask him to email me a proposal after waiting a week. After reviewing the bid, I tried to schedule him to do the work, and he won't return my calls. If he didn't want to do the job, he should have just said so and not left me hanging. Totally unprofessional!!!
