I had been gifted a 3-hour, one person cleaning for Green Sweep. I used it but was disappointed how little that covered. I decided to go for the deep clean. I was told up to 6 people, up to 8 hours, estimate of 492 before tax. All horizontal surfaces dusted, wet clean of blinds, kitchen and bathrooms sanitized, floors swept/vacuumed and moped, baseboards scrubbed, beds made and sheets changed if supplied. 2 people showed for 3 hours. The kitchen floor wasn't touched, they didn't clean behind appliances, the toilets weren't cleaned and the bathro floors partially cleaned. All blinds were not cleaned, partial dusting and partial baseboards done, but not the entire room of any room. They did vacuum, arrange pillows, made beds and folded towels. I took pictures and called the following morning. This was the second disappointing cleaning, so I didn't want someone to come back for a third time. They said they would alter the price to reflect the work done and call me back. They never called and the next day charged me the full price! I had to continue to call back, no one has returned my calls, and when I did reach someone, I'm told to wait for the partial refund. I will never recommend this company.

$75 per man-hour for outrageously bad cleaning (or non-cleaning) plus bad management at no additional charge. I paid in advance to have a very small apartment cleaned. I am an out of state landlord so I had to trust that they finished the job. Several days later I was sent the pictures by someone else viewing the apartment showing that apartment had not been cleaned. I called management and they said that they "didn't finish" because it was more difficult than they expected. If that was true, then why didn't they call me immediately upon arrival and tell me that it would take more? They offered a slight refund and billed my card immediately after my complaint. They immediately sent me a link and tried to get me to leave my bad review on their system, perhaps so they could hide my complaint, but I insisted on posting these to the web. If your cleaning or your money or getting some sort of respect is important to you, my recommendation and review is "don't use GreenSweep." I see from indeed they get poor reviews for how they treat their employees too. See the after pictures.

I highly recommend Green Sweep. They come twice a month to clean my 900-foot square house (which has two dogs and two birds). Because I'm a pet owner, I appreciate the green aspect of the service. Janet, who is my regular cleaner, is very pleasant and is nice to my pets. If I need her to focus on something in particular, I just leave her a note and she's on it. Molly, the owner, is also very professional and pleasant. Everyone I have been in contact with at Green Sweep is committed to great quality and customer service. I appreciate their emails telling me when my next cleaning will be.

I love that they use "green" products and my house does not smell like chemicals when they finish. Green Sweep does a good job cleaning but they are not always good at putting things back where they were originally. I usually spend 20 minutes straightening up after they are done. The staff is pleasant and professional. Prices are typical for the area.

Staffers are professional, and in our case, we've received the same two every time. They tend to arrive a little early, communicate well and get to work quickly. They're thorough, work at a good pace, and use all eco products. I like that they bring all of their own supplies and the lead manager takes the initiative to keep tackling new jobs until their time is up.

I purchased four hours worth of cleaning and they only gave me about three hours worth of cleaning and they were just real topical, they didn't do a deep cleaning, they didn't do a real good job. I wouldn't invite them back. They arrived late and they left early. Even though there were more things to clean, they felt their time was up and they left.

We have used Molly at Green Sweep for months now and the job is always more than excellent, we sometimes call her with not much notice and she still makes it happen in a timely manner and with a smile on everyone team members face. The price is reasonable for what you get, we have employees with allergies and asthma and couldn't find a eco-friendly, commercial cleaning company in Albuquerque that did "Green" Cleaning. After finding them through a happy customer (my friend), we started suing them and haven't looked back. All of our employees have commented on how much cleaner the office looks compared to the cleaning franchise we were using. Now, after using them, those that are allergic and asthmatic describe how much better their breathing has been. I'm just glad we found them, they're friendly, reasonable, responsive and even prompt. I hope they never leave Albuquerque, we'd really have a hard time replacing them. Thanks Molly and Team Green Sweep!

I think they are great. They are in and out in a timely manner, get right down to work. They are pleasant to work around and responsive to special needs. For instance, I need some deep grout cleaning in one of my baths, so I just called the office and they will add on some time to do that job the next time they are here. I have them every two weeks and my house stays clean. I always have someone I can speak English to and she directs her team in Spanish if necessary. I do put away any special "dustables" when they are here just to get them out of their way and they ask before they even start if there is anything they shouldn't touch. They are professional and friendly. They do have to adjust their schedule so they only can give you an estimated time of arrival so if they say they will be here at noon it could be anywhere from 11 to 1. This is not a problem for me but if you need a very specific time you can call on that day and they will tell you exactly when to expect them.

We signed up for the company's biweekly service and they have done a great and thorough job the four times they've been here. They are a little bit on the expensive side, but for nontoxic cleaning supplies and a professionally managed team it is worth it for us. Molly, the business owner has been very professional and responsive. She sends out a cleaning reminder email the Friday before the cleaning, which is great. They come in a team of two or three and therefore are in and out quickly.

They do a great job wrangling our never-ending supply of dog hair and dust. Every once and a while, they miss something small, but overall I am incredibly happy with their service. There are things that don't need to be done every week and when I notice that something needs attention, I just point it out when they arrive. The staff are incredibly friendly and responsive. I love that Green Sweep pays a living wage and it shows in the quality of the staff.

I called the company, and the owner (Molly I think her name is?) spoke to me and scheduled a time to come to the house within a few days. The two cleaners showed up on time and spent about 2 hours cleaned. They did a great job, not missing any majoring aspects of cleaning. I was pleased with the final outcome. Price point was okay, but then again they use "green" products thus charge more. If this is worth increased cost for you, they are a great option.

I didn't hover while they were working, so I don't know just how fast they were moving. The man was cleaning the kitchen and when I came back in at the end of the hour, the kitchen seemed to be done (with pretty good attention to detail, like cleaning the dish drainer), but the floor hadn't been swept or mopped, and he said my hour was up. The woman was cleaning the bathrooms and was still working on the last one. The floors in all three bathrooms had not been swept or mopped. Mentioning Angie's List got me a couple of extra minutes for them to vacuum the floors in the rooms they had cleaned. There is no way I would ever call this company to clean my house again. I can't afford them! I think purchasing a service like this by the hour is insane. If I had paid full price, $83, I would have had approximately 1/4 of my house cleaned. I prefer to pay by the job and know that they're going to stay til the job is done. Playing "Beat the Clock" just makes me nervous. I had cleared off all the surfaces they were going to clean, so they didn't have to work around very much at all -- they just had to clean. The two people who came to clean were very nice, and they spoke English.

One of the primary purposes of groupons is to give you a sampling of a company's services. green sweep is a professional cleaning service and as such, we clean thoroughly (thanks for mentioning the dish drain!) and normally when we first clean a home, it can take 50-100% longer than normal ongoing "maintenance" cleans because spaces have only been "surface cleaned" for a long period of time. Unfortunately we weren't the right fit for you."
