I had somehow managed to crack a plastic latch on the lid to my printer (to the copy/scanner area), so that the cover would not close completely, which meant it would not register to copy or scan. The choice was to order the part and replace it (a bit pricey) or just break the latch on the right side off and just be careful when raising and lowering the cover. I chose the latter. Luis was very honest about this, and could easily have done the replacement. I have taken printers here before, and always been pleased. The service is always very prompt. I brought it in on Monday and picked it up on Tues. I could have picked it up on Monday, too (but my schedule did not allow that). I highly recommend GN Services.
