Glass rite was established in 1984 and moved to our current location in 1987. We take pride in our installations and our employees are the reason for our excellent reputation. Our installers average 8 years experience with us, Together we have solved many issues to give the best, leak free, trouble free and hassle free installs in the state. We manufacture high efficiency EnergyQuest vinyl windows, Low E with Argon insulated glass and window screens. We carry all lines of Jeld-Wen doors and windows as well. We are family owned and operated. Glass Rite was proud to receive the Rust Award for Excellence in Ethical Business practice in 2018. We also have earned Angies Super Service award every year since 2007 with the exception of one year!

Very professional, dealt with out of square timbers without complaint. Finished work is exceptional. The windows immediately worked and reduces mid to high 80 temps to a high of 77. Would do this again on another property, but only if they did the job.

A rep came to take the measurements, the windows were manufactured and when ready, installed with screens. Install took about four hours. The guys cleaned up everything and left the windows sparkling.

Most of the work was completed in one day. It went well. The installed patio door and windows look great. The installer brought to my attention that a part was missing to the patio screen door that allows it to lock. He said he would get one and install it. I didn't hear back from him but contacted the salesman and store. There was also a small but deep scratch on the door handle. My only complaint with this company is that I had to contact the company a numbers of times to check on the status and get it resolved. The two issues were taken care. The door handle was replaced and the screen door part was installed. I am a satisfied customer.

Levi, the salesman, was timely and courteous, and very knowledgable about the product and industry. There was no pressure to purchase and he made some excellent recommendations that other sales people did not make. I'm so happy he did as I love the changes. Our install finished today. The contracted crew was on time every day and put in a full day with only one short lunch break. They were very professional and most often I didn't even realize they were there, with exception of the sawing. Gil was the lead and has worked for Glass-Rite for 14 years. At the end of each day he reviewed the work and pointed out what was done and any patches that he would fix on the following day. I'm a QC manager and went over the final work with only one miss (caulking not completed under a window) - this was corrected immediately. It is apparent the install team cares about the completed work ensuring the job looks good. My husband is a general contractor and extremely picky, he was very pleased with the job - thank goodness because I hired them! :) I also want to add that I liked the no-gimmick pricing. The pricing beat competitors that offered 50% off windows and similar. Glass-Rite was my 4th bid so we saw a wide range of product and pricing. I selected them due to their reputation, quality product, and price value comparing apples-apples, and the installers are employees, not sub-contractors.

Dan Burton was prompt, professional, and not at all pushy when he came to my house to give me an estimate. We made an appointment for me to visit the showroom. I was impressed with the quality and was ready to sign on the dotted line, but my boyfriend wanted me to get a second estimate. Fair enough. I contacted Accent Southwest and received an estimate, which was more than double Glass-Rite's estimate. For the neighborhood I live in, spending over $16,000 on windows makes no sense, and I was sold on Glass-Rite from the beginning. I talked to others and they too thought Glass-Rite's estimate was spot-on and reasonable. While I had to nudge Glass-Rite a couple of times to get the lead testing done and then to get scheduled, after I nudged, they were very responsive and apologized for the wait. The installation, which happened this week, went very smoothly. The two technicians were on time and very courteous. The windows are so beautiful; I'm amazed at the difference they make in how my house looks. It's like getting a perfect new set of teeth! I love the quality, too. Other than getting my floors refinished, this is the best house decision I've ever made. Thank you, Glass-Rite!

Dan Burton, the estimator was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. The installation team was very professional, showed up on time, worked very hard and were very detail oriented. They cleaned up after each day's work and did little things like caulking around windows that were not being replaced at this time. The lead installer noticed a tiny crack in one of the new clear stories and called the shop to have a replacement made and ready the next day!

Glass-Rite was very cooperative in helping us in our decision to upgrade our windows, helping answer our concerns, but not giving us a hard sell, very unlike their competition. Their price was much more reasonable than the competition, as well. Once we decided, the windows were fabricated and installed in a timely, professional process. We are very pleased with result.

This is the second time we called Glass-Rite. In 2015 they had replaced nine of the windows on our house, and we were so pleased with the results that we had them come out this year and do the rest of the windows. Everything went smoothly, everything was done in a timely manner, and the new windows look great and operate seasily. I compared utility bills from 2014 to those after the first set of windows were installed, and they showed our heating and cooling bills were reduced by at least 30%. These are great windows that will probably outlast the house.

Can't say enough good things about this company. From the first contact to the last, they were professional, clean, and courteous. The estimator, the people who tested for lead paint, and the installers were all on time and worked very hard at what they did. The windows are great and we really appreciate that everything was cleaned up after the job was completed. I would highly recommend this company.
