This would have been my third time to get my windshield from this company. With John gone the new manager Pat is having difficulty with staff, so it seems. I made an appointment a month ago, the guy was an hour late but never called. When I called I was told he still had to stop by at the shop to pick up my windshield. That would be way too late for me, we rescheduled. It rained. No call from them to reschedule so I called them, could not find my order until the manager came on the line, he found me in the system, even found the approval from GEICO.... Rescheduled... it rained. No call again so I called them again. Was told the receptionist never came back to work by the manager who scheduled me again. No show, no call. I called again today and the manager "cannot find me in the system" (by name, phone or car) and "does not remember talking to me". Wow ! I keep notes of all the calls, he's the same guy I spoke to earlier. I can clearly see he is bailing on me so even when he said "Lets just get it done" I declined. He said ok and hung up. This place WAS great, these days proceed at your own risk. Yes they often waive the entire deductable but there are others here in Angies List that are worth a call.

It is a very easy process. Just call to make an appointment and they can usually see you very quickly. They take your car in and depending on what is replaced, it is pretty much always under an hour wait. The waiting room is pretty bad, but the service and quality is top notch.

I got there about 8:45 and they took my car in immediately and the job was complete by 9:25. They worked very clean. No glass residue in car. They were very considerate while I waited for the job to be done. Very pleasant young men. I can't say enough about them. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

Everything went smoothly, from the first call right to the very end. They were able to accommodate our schedule and it all worked out to our satisfaction. We will definitely keep them at the top of the list if we ever need to replace auto glass in the future.

My insurance company paid them for the windshield. They were very prompt and they took me in without informing. If I was paying the bill, I would have got a discount because I'm a repeated offender. They didn't charge me for fixing the windshield washers. Every time I've used them, I'm impressed because most time you have to make an appointment to go in but they fit you in when you take the car. Normally they are done with my vehicle in an hour or an hour and a half. Everybody I've dealt in there are very courteous. The shop and the surrounding are not fancy but they do an excellent job.

I went to Glass Emporium in Albuquerque today based on other reviews. I was not disappointed. Robin, John and Sean could not have been more helpful. My son had broken his side window out when he locked his keys in his car on the way to pick up his fiance' who was arriving from Poland. It turned out he had thrown away the rubber casing that was needed to put a window in. These folks called everywhere in town to find a part and they finally found it!! Sean took me to pick up the part, we came back and they had it in place in just a few minutes. They are extremely helpful, friendly and professional.
