Home Warranty
Finally spoke to a supervisor and they are calling be back in another 24-48 hours to "set up an appointment" for service. Who knows how long it will be before we have a/c.

Home Warranty
Our dishwasher broke. First the company sent someone to repair it but when the dishwasher was determined un-repairable, the company simply refused to respond. The representative did not return our calls.

Home Warranty
At first General Home Warranty was okay. We had problems with the oven and garbage disposal. They took care of them rather quickly. Now that we are getting at the end of our warranty and it is hard getting them to do anything. We have a problem with the water heater and tried to contact them but they have not responded to our needs.
