There was a delay in delivery of the TV and mount but once it arrived the staff were professional, friendly, and efficient.  They responded promptly to our questions.  The service tech fully explained how to use the equipment.

It didn't happen. First I tried to schedule appointment at the store, they told me to call Geek Squad. I called 800-geek squad. They told me schedule at the store. I scheduled at the store for 1/29 at 3:30 and then was called 2 days before appointment by tech. Tech asked me some questions, then explained that he was their home theater specialist. He told me he couldn't help me with my wi-fi issues but he could build an amazing home theater. I passed along my frustration with their miscommunications each step of the way. The contact always blamed someone else.

First she said to go to Windows and look for utilities.  I responded I had a Mac, she said to go to applications and click on utilities.  I responded that this had nothing to do with Mac, it was with the Knighthawk Router I purchased.  She said she would get me to Mac, and then cut me off.  I waited and the agent from Apple responded and couldn't believe this had happened.  He gave me the NETGEAR technical number, which I called.  15 minutes later the agent came on and wanted the serial number which I gave.  She said the router was a special sale by Best Buy and that I had to call the Geek squad.  I kept my cool and asked that I had figured out how to get into the menu with the passwords and usernames for both 2.4 and 5 G channels. All I wanted was to make sure if I made the changes and something went wrong that she be available to help me.  She said it sounded to her like I was doing the right thing.  By the way, the guide book does not address this elemental issue.  I made the changes and it worked. 

As an aside the Apple guy said I should call Geek Squad, ask for a supervisor and mention the in competence I experienced.  i didn't call, but I sure hope this gets to someone.  By the way, the Router was oversold, I was told that it could get through adobe.  It does better, but the extension adapter makes all the difference.  - EAG

Didn't do a very good job at all.

The unit was about $100. They have knowledgeable employees.

The installation was faulty and had to be corrected by a second repariman. We found a part and some insulation that wasn't installed properly. We had to have someone come back to install the dishwasher properly. I asked Best Buy to make sure they sent someone different and they finally sent someone different out to install the machine properly. All is well but it was not a smooth process.

I thought yhe price was rather high but their service was okay. I didn't like the fact that they wanted the money upfront and not when they were done, however, they were convenient. They were recommended to me by one of our neighbors. I think next time we will go to someone else due to their price.

BEST BUY DID A GREAT JOB ON OUR COMPUTER. THEY GAVE US A BETTER DEAL THAN WHAT ANOTHER COMPANY SAID IT WOULD HAVE COST TO HAVE THE SAME REPAIR DONE, AND THE PEOPLE WERE REALLY NICE AND HELPFUL DURING THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE.

I WAS GREATLY PLEASED WITH BEST BUYS' COMPUTER SERVICES. THEY OFFER GREAT PRICES AND GOOD QUALITY WORK. THE PEOPLE ARE ALSO REALLY FRIENDLY, ARE VERY RESPONSIVE, AND EASY TO CONTACT.

THEY WERE QUICKLY ABLE TO LOCATE THE PROBLEM. THEY CAME OUT TO THE HOUSE AND FIXED OUR COMPUTER IN A MATTER OF HOURS. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM.

THEY DID A HORRIBLE JOB FIXING MY OLD HARD DRIVE. THEY ACTUALLY DIDN'T EVEN FIX IT. THEY JUST REPLACED THE HARD DRIVE AND PUT ALL MY OLD INFORMATION ON IT. IT TOOK THEM 3 WEEKS TO DO A JOB THAT SHOULD HAVE TAKEN THEM 3 HOURS MAX.

WHILE HE WAS WORKING HE TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN HOW TO TAKE CARE OF MY LAPTOP TO PREVENT THIS FROM HAPPENING AGAIN. HE WAS VERY INFORMATIVE AND DIDN'T TREAT ME LIKE I WAS STUPID BECAUSE I DIDN'T ALREADY KNOW.
