I should have read these reviews before allowing my insurance company to have this "company" come to my house. It took several unanswered phone calls and messages until I was able to get through to someone to ask the technician to reschedule due to last minute work priorities and no one will be home. On the day they arrived to assess my water heater, they stayed for maybe 5 minutes, didn't do any checks, charged the service fee and told us we will need maintenance and that "our girl" will call to schedule a follow-up appointment. No one ever called. No follow-up appointments were made. We ended up having to contact another technician with a different company who came the same day AND completed the maintenance on the same day! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

We had a water heater installed 4 months ago. They brought out wrong heater then tried to charge us for their mistake. It started leaking so we called for 3 days trying to schedule. The owner passed us on to another employee who then passed us off to the "receptionist" who hung up on us. This was during a discussion that we have tried for 3 days to get on their schedule and will never use them again. Then we spoke to the plumber who said he doesn't give a sh*t and hung up. So much for standing behind their work, professionalism and customer service.

Great! Mr. Garcia (Sr.) scheduled us for first thing in the morning. Simon, tech, was prompt and professional. We discussed and showed him the issue and he went straight to work. It took some doing but he figured out where the blockage was and did not stop until he was able to fix the problem. (It took a few hours). He was thoughtful and professional the whole time. Before he left, Simon explained in detail what the issues were and what to be aware of. He was very professional, courteous and patient during the entire visit.

Have an old house near old town that was built in the 1920's. Most of the drain pipes located in the interior of the house are original.  Main sewer line located outside of the house in the driveway was replaced in the late 1970's.  Because the pipes are so old, hard material has built-up inside them and reduced the overall size of the diameter, thus restricting the flow of material.  When I flushed the basement toilet, it was not emptying completely and bad stuff was starting to come up in the basement bathtub.  Everything was moving very slowly and unpleasant orders were beginning to be present. 
Called Carlos and scheduled an appointment.  The crew came on the date and time that was agreed upon.  They cleaned out the main line in the house by going up on the roof and snaking the main vent pipe.  Then they checked the line in the driveway to make sure it was clear.  The crew was fast and professional.
Problem solved.  Everything is flowing like it should.  No more bad stuff in bathtub and the air is breathable once more.

Our toilet had been making lots of noise during and after flushing. We thought that eventually we would need to replace the toilet. This morning it just didn't flush. The tank didn't fill either. I called Carlos Garcia and he scheduled a late morning visit. He called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. He checked things out and replaced the hardware inside of the tank. Now it flushes and it is so quiet!! We forgot what toilets should and should not sound like. Carlos explained what work he performed. He was very courteous and professional!

Went Fantastic!!! Our swamp cooler "died" last night at 8pm.  I called Carlos Garcia this morning at approx. 8:30, he said he would be at our house in an hour and HE WAS! I ran the cooler as per requested as he got on the roof to assess the swamp cooler unit. I was very happy when it turned on inside the house about an hour later!  Carlos stayed by the unit to further assess and confirm proper functioning before climbing down.  This is the 3rd time he has performed work for us and every time he has been professional, courteous and kind. He reviews everything that was broken and everything he did to fix the issues. He answers every question we have had, explaining things further if needed.
