GARCIA'S TENTS & EVENTS

Due to another vendor's lack of service, we asked Garcia's for help on all the rentals for our daughter's 175-guest wedding only weeks before the event.  The team quickly rose to the occasion, even though it took close collaboration to provide the numbers of everything we needed at that late date.   We were very concerned about the reviews we had read and let them know it..  They took care of everything and delivered outstanding service!  They arrived on time and put up the prettiest white tent and bistro lighting we've seen yet...also worked well with all the other vendors... A special thanks to Danyella, Monica and Steve, who took care of us through the whole process!

Sales person found us the perfect color and fabric, but when I came for pickup the day before our event, it turns out what we rented did not exist. They had to substitute two different colored tablecloths because they did not have the two sizes we needed in the same color. They were very apologetic and quick to find a substitute, but did not discount anything, only offered to give us discounted chair covers which actually didn't match either of the substituted tablecloth covers so we declined.

The delivery team and the management and people who answer the phones were very rude and do not care about customer service or making you happy when they were at fault. No credit or apology was given.

This was the first time we have used Garcia's Tents for a personal event and as it was an important one to us, our wedding reception, it was important we used a recommended company. They've been around for years and we had many positive verbal recommendations for their services. From the first time I called, roughly 6 months from the event, I had kind, helpful and professional encounters with primarily Tess. I met her in person to place the final confirmed order and see examples of the kinds of chairs they offer and she was again super helpful and friendly. We paid our full balance over a month out and they gave me a 10% discount for paying everything up in that time frame (sweet!). When it came down time to deliver way out to our house (40 miles out of Albuquerque), they arrived within the time specified on a Friday before the wedding, performed everything as expected and we were very pleased. The tent worked out wonderfully and the chairs were great for the outside reception. They returned punctually on the following Monday and methodically broke down the tent and packed up all the tables and chairs. Overall, everything went as planned and we are super happy with our experience with Garcia's. The only odd thing, which was not a big deal at all, is that when they delivered on Friday, they over booked their 6' tables so we were a few short but they replaced them with additional 8' tables so there was no problem or inconvenience on our end. Would definitely use again. Thanks Tess and crew at Garcia's!

We called them early Saturday morning to see if they had any rectangle tables with chairs. They gave us a price over the phone and we picked up everything in one trip and returned them the next business day since they are closed on Sunday's.

Everything went perfectly. They're a local company who has been in business for a while and they have a good reputation. They were on time and very professional, and they did a great job about minimizing damage to the yard. We very extremely pleased with everything and we would also use them again as well as highly recommend them to others.
