Futuristic Roofing Systems

My roof was the tar and gravel kind of roof and was more than 20 years old. I was advised by my handyman it was time to think about getting a new roof. My first inclination was to get the same kind of roof. I changed my mind after asking my handyman about this other type of roof. Futuristic Roofing was recommended by a friend who had had them do 2 roofs for them on their 40+ year old home and also had done roofs for her parents. The work started within 3 days of my deciding to use this company. They started on time at 6:30 each of 3 days and when the work was done, they cleaned up every speck of debris. This was especially difficult because there is no way into my backyard except over the roof or through the house. They never came into the house, but went over the roof and even put a ladder down from the roof into the back yard to clean up there. They even did the same to get into a small open-air but otherwise enclosed patio to clean up bits of gravel that had landed there. This work also included the installation of 2 skylights. They put tarps down in the bathrooms where the skylights were located to catch any debris from the removal of the old skylights and installation of the new ones. Although this roof has a 20 year guarantee, my handyman, who used to build houses with his father, said it would last 100 years. Either way, I won't have to worry about a new roof ever. Very pleased with the work, the workers, and the entire experience. I highly recommend this roofing company.

We have been extremely happy with the services we have received from Futuristic. They are responsive and responsible, attending to all problems large and small in a timely, professional way. Recently, they replaced a roof on our large but old adobe and they met this challenge with skill and professionalism, and a quick response to all issues. We would recommend them for any roofing jobs!

Great. I am very happy with Greg's quick response. I cannot tell if the repairs were successful because we have had no heavy rain since. I am certain, though, that Greg will respond if there are future leaks.

I used them for warranty work. He was very reasonable. He put the original roof in 2008, and he beat two other bids that I got. The owner Greg is very prompt about getting back to you, and he is very good at explaining what he is going to do.

No problems. Responsive and clean

I was impressed with this company. Greg first came to provide an estimate. Clearly explained what needed to be done. The proposal was very reasonable (and we had received several proposals). We scheduled the work and they came as scheduled and were finished in a half day. When Greg came back to inspect he noticed that the workers did not do one portion that was supposed to have been done. He told me they would be back the next day and they were. They finished the job. I would use this company again on future jobs! Both Greg and his crew were very friendly and professional.

Greg and his crew are wonderful!! They gave us the most complete estimate and patiently worked with our insurance company. The crew was friendly and professional. They completed our entire roof in 2 half days. They went above and beyond for us. I will gladly recommend them to anyone who needs roofing work. I know we will never use another company!

He did a good job but there were times when he had to come back and I was not very pleased with that because I had to call several times to get him back to take care of the problems on the roof. The experience in the beginning when they did the work was fine but then I had a few problems afterwards and trying to get him come back was really very hard.
