At the end of it, they did a very good job. However, their communication was poor. Although it was supposed to take 1 day, it was strung out over 6 weeks. We like the work, but not the service.

The crew of two arrived on time and did a great job stretching the wrinkles out of the carpet in the high traffic areas of the kitchen. The lead technician was the crew chief who originally installed the carpet for the rest of the house (living room, dinning room, hall ways and five bedrooms. He did a great job this time as well as the original time. I was pleased that Floor Mart has continued their business relationship with this subcontractor. I will request him for any subsequent work.

The tile was laid perfectly. However, the trim work was never completed. Beside that, the estimator missed his guess by six boxes of tile. Fortunately. the owner agreed to take the excess back and issue a credit.

They did a good job and I was happy with my experience. They had a good selection on carpets and they were very responsive. The installation was good and they got it done within a day. The price was competitive with others and I chose expensive carpeting.

My experience with them was not good. I don't know if I would highly recommend them at all. I asked them to install some flooring in the hallway and ordered the carts and they sent somebody out there to do it and unfortunately by that time I had to report to my job. It took about 2 to 3 weeks. I contacted them and I was informed that the job was done. Several weeks later, approximately 5, my Realtor contacted me to tell me that the transition pieces and little steps in the hall way have blue tape over them and has been done improperly and that it has an ugly patch job done in the wall next to the transition piece. I've been calling and getting in touch with them, so this guy went over there to fix and he said that he got the wrong transition piece. I was basically told that it has been handled and it looks beautiful.
My Realtor said that it looks better than it did, the Realtor was not a lot help either. When I arrived back at my home about 2 weeks after that open house, I discovered that they cracked the dry wall with a large hole in it. Instead of patching it with putty they patch it with wood so I have this horrible, ugly and terrible wood putty. It was outrageous in my opinion. I had a thousand things that I needed to do, I basically removed the wood putty and bought materials and did it myself and repaired the way it looked. I felt that I was taken advantage and that was a bad customer service. Would I recommend them? Only if I'm there and watch them like a hawk. I would not otherwise trust them to handle the job in a really professional way and it's a shame because I've done business with them before and I was quite happy with the job that had been done 4 years previous and yet this is the way it went out.
It was a lot of additional stress because he did not do what he said he was going to do and he said that the job was done but it was done poorly and it looks terrible. I honestly think that they did not expect me to come back into town and so they did what they wanted to do.

Sales experience was great, they called the factory to see if certain patterns where available in colors. We had done our research, and asked specific questions about products that the sales person was able to answer knowledgeably. The person who did the estimate was a manager from Albuquerque, who was able to schedule our installation for the day we wanted. The installers showed up on time and installed exactly what we ordered for the price we agreed to.

We began our remodel project with removing 900 sq ft of tile and replacing it with engineered wood. We replaced our kitchen cabinets. We used Floormart to do both, but this review is strictly on the Floormart on Menaul, which did the cabinets.
Sadly, I cannot recommend them when I consider some of the failings.
The kitchen cabinets themselves are beautiful, but some of the doors appear to be warped, and Floormart is telling us we need to wait for the wood to acclimate over time...I have serious doubts.
The salesman was very responsive to our requests, which we appreciated, as the design changed over time and for this I would say Floormart did a great job.
The biggest issues arose with a terrible installation and rather poor attention to the final result.

Purchased and had Floor Mart install approximately 1300 sf of carpet. Connie at Floor Mart worked with us to find a reasonably priced nylon carpet. We paid Floor Mart for half the cost when we placed the order and the balance
was paid upon completion of the job. The carpet was in stock but we were able to delay installation for a month while
some additional work was done on the house. The installers arrived on time. They were professional and courteous. They took the time to discuss the layout (seam placement) of the carpet with us and were able to complete the job in one day.
I would use them again.

They were very nice in the show room and took a lot of time with me and I put down a deposit. But they were very slow in getting back to me after the measurement was taken. They had some questions, but took over a week to call me. Also, I would have liked to been told of the additional charges before I put down the deposit such as the cost to remove and reinstall the toilets, costs of the plastic strips that go along the bottom of the bathtub and shower, etc. It took two weeks to receive the bid and it was wrong. Also, I'm not happy with the installation. They did not tell me that the house had to remain at a certain temperature, so tiles were coming up. Even after I kept the house at the higher temperature, tiles keep coming up. So they have to come out again.
I wish I had given up my deposit and worked with someone else.
Also, now the molding needs to be repaired.
Also, I wish I had done more research on the product. I'm not sure how long the floor will last. I spent more than I wish I had.

The sales person was very knowledgeable and the installation crew was very professional and meticulous. The workmanship was excellent and all of the furniture survived without a scratch. We are very pleased with the results. There was a minor glitch in scheduling that did not allow the work to be completed on two consecutive days (Thursday and Friday morning) but rather (Thursday and Monday morning).

Vendor agreed to install tile in two bathrooms with one-week gap so that customer could maintain functionality of one bathroom during the work. Subsequently they refused to honor the quote and required that both bathrooms be done at the same time, since it was and quot;more convenientand quot; for them. As a result, the homeowner was left with no functioning batrroom for 3 days. Their attitude was and quot;take it or leave it.and quot; It appears this outfit is more concerned with pandering to big customers, and the little guy be damned. The workmanship of their crew was admirable, but their business practices are unethical.

Tammy Wooley was the sales consultant and she did a great job to ensure that the dates/times were properly coordinated, that all my questions were answered satisfactorily, and that I was satisfied with the end result. They outsource installation of the counter tops but apparently went through an extensive interview process for this. The plumbing had to be disconnected and I had to personally arrange for a plumber to come out to reassemble everything plumbing-related.
We ran into a problem (just bad luck; I don't blame anyone for this) where one of the handles broke off the water line under one of the bathroom sinks. This ended up being an expensive and big pain but, again, it was just bad luck. It required my going without water for several days--no dishwasher, toilets, showers, etc. That was the worst part of it.
Overall, I am completely satisfied with the results! Was it expensive? Yes! But only because I went with one of the most beautiful and newest quartz options available. And the old saying and quot; You get what you pay for.and quot; holds true once again in this case. The counter tops look amazing, the installation was professional and I am now enjoying a greatly enhanced and beautiful home.
Floor Mart is apparently owned by Raby Company, btw. Behind the showroom is an outlet for tiles and flooring.

The overall experience was very positive! One strange incident was related to the opportunity for 12 months no interest financing through GE Capital. Although I have a credit rating of 800, I was turned down by GE for the first time in my life with any credit application. GE has never responded to my formal inquiries in this matter.. I suspect age discrimination as a senior! My recommendation to floor Mart would be to look for a different financing option to assure good customer relations in the future!

The work went extremely well. It only took 2 days to complete this job. The trio of installers arrived on time on the first day. The sheet vinyl was removed the first day and the tile installed to adhere overnight. My refrigerator and dishwasher were moved into my living room along with everything else! On the second day they installed the grout. I had to wait overnight before I could then seal the grout. It looks great! I chose Floor Mart because the manager, Randy Jordan, used to manage the Floor Store at Golf Course and Irving. Randy had guided me in choosing carpet which I had replaced a year ago. He is a natural at his profession - very sincere, honest, helpful, patient, and a pleasure to work with.

We had used them before, so due to their reputation and quality, we used them again. I spent $2000 for that. They are very good. The workers were good and we had no complications. Everything is looking good and I would use them again the future too.
