Service was to include window sills of which none were done and I had to do them myself.
There was a deep scratch on one window which I was told there was no way they could have done it....other than myself, they were the only ones in my house and I certainly did not do it. I was finally told they would give me a discount the next time and they were to call me in approximately 6 months. I never heard from them again.
The man who was in charge, brought two young boys he was training along to do the windows. He did the roof himself.
The windows were clean and the screens were clean when they were through. I have not had them back because they were to call me and they never did.
