Have used this company since 2004 when they originally installed our entire system of cameras, laser beam, 24 hour monitoring system. Continued to use company when it was sold to a new owner approximately 4 years ago however new owner does not have the business experience, professionalism or integrity of the previous owner. Purchased a new DVR 18 months ago and the system went out and I was told that was normal however I have since found that most DVR's come with a 5 year warranty with reputable companies. When inquired into a bid for a new DVR there was not even a mention given to a discount or even considered for previous installed DVR that crashed that they had installed just 18 months previously and examination of the DVR unit appeared to be used that was sold to us as new. New owner repeated said he would meet us over and over and then would send service tech and NEVER showed up for any of the numerous scheduled appointments. Company installed several new security cameras and one service tech did all the work and the 2nd tech sat in the office for hours. A third tech joined the tech in the office for several hours and 2 service tech continually used the "F" word for the duration of being in the office. This behavior in an office setting in front of our employee and customers was unconscionable and the last straw after 9 years. A letter was sent describing the 2 tech's behavior but a response by phone or letter was never received. Our loyalty to this company of 9 years apparently did not even warrant an apology.
