First Response Plumbing

Steve was amazing.  My water heater was leaking due to a an issue with a valve,  He told me how to turn off the water to the valve for the time being.  I didn't think about doing the until he reminded me.  I had called multiple plumbers but most do not work on Sunday.  Steve came out and helped us that day to fix the system.  Extremely nice, fair, and professional.  We are calling him again to help with a hot water heater at an apartment complex.  He is once again willing to come check it out on a Sunday.  Why do this things always break on the weekend?

This was an emergency call, you see I work for a church and we were having a wedding. About 30 minutes into the event we found out all the water pipes were frozen solid. I call first response plumbing and he said not to worry he would be there ASAP. He was at the church in 11 minutes and went straight to work on unfreezing the pipes. We had water in 13 minutes. Then he walked me through what I should do to fix the problem so it wouldn't happen again. What was a blessing is he came back in a week to make sure everything was still going great. He was knowledgeable and clean when working. The wedding came through with no problems and we had water back.

The pipes around my water heater had a leak at one joint.  I called Steve and explained the situation, and he allowed me to text a picture of the leak to him.  He found the part I needed for $29.50, most places will charge you over $100.00 and pickted it up.  He came over at a time that worked for my family,  which was after hours for most plumbers and replaced the part, it was the part that regulates the water pressure to the house. He had it fixed within 20 mins.  Steve is very professional, he is all business.  He didn't over charge me because I have a child with Autism and out of work, and understood for ME what my $$ limit.  I would recommend him to anyone that needs a plumber.  Very customer service orientated.  Very good person to work with.

Very professional and courtesy. I appreciate the responsiveness and quality work. I like the fact that he gave me a time he would be available and he was there when he said he would be. He gave me the length of time that they would be there to do the work and that was accurate as well. I thought he was honest and fair in pricing. I will definitely use next time and will recommend to family and friends.
