There is another guy, Gilbert, who is using your name as a company in ABQ and ripping people off. I don’t think he is licensed as far as I can tell on CID. I would report him as a fraud. Tried to do work for me and ended up threatening me and coming to my house for the money. At first I thought it was this company but it doesn’t appear to be the same.

I've used Bob before, and thought I had found someone I could rely on: dependable and competent. Then, Bob started making commitments that he didn't keep. He was going to do something, but didn't. When he shows up, he can do a good job, though he's forgetful. He just doesn't show up often.

The Water heater is fine, but he left the Hot Water Recirculating pump on during the installation.
The pump burned out.
He said he would fix it, but he never did.
We had to pay over $300.00 for a new Pump.
