They're very honest and very thorough. If there is a problem, they'll let you know. They never try to upsell you or pressure you into anything. They take care of all three of our vehicles.

Its been a while since I was there but generally speaking, they provided the service that I was looking for at a reasonable price.

I went in late in the day and was promptly served, no waiting, and was given an online discount I wasn't even aware of. Over all I had a good feeling about the service.

The price on the Tires was great! They had a deal buy 3 tires get 1 free. I shopped around, Discount Tires, Peerless Tires, Big O and Costco. They had the best price for the tires and the warranty. What was really nice is that they have a children's section for them to play while the Van gets worked on. They performed a general point check on the Van. They missed that the windshield wipers needed to be replaced. I mean the wipers were all torn and falling off. It kind of made me feel that maybe they did not really perform the general point check at all. Other than that we should be coming back for other needs.

Every time I buy tires I buy life time warranty and rotations. I like their service and the integrity. The manager and the chief technician are very good.

Please keep in mind that I am a tough customer and my reviews are critical. I am overall happy with the price and service that I received. I have not had the vehicle long enough to be able to determine the quality of service.

Chose this Firestone to do the work after having a poor experience with Hilltop Automotive (see my review on their quote for Dec 29, 2011).

Pros : Customer interface was good. Professional staff and clean office. Quote was reasonable for labor and parts. I research component cost and am aware of component cost prior to contracting repair work being done. Their shop hourly rate is posted. They do not use matrix pricing. They called me to let me know that my vehicle was not going to be done on time (I appreciated the early communication).

They were somewhat negotiable on some ancilliary repairs. As part of this fix, I knew that my rear brake pads were soaked with oil. I wanted the brake mechanism cleaned, and new pads placed on the truck. I did not want the drums turned, I just wanted an inspection and pad replacement. They initially quoted a fairly high number, and they were willing to accept a suggested price from me instead. I offered them $100 which was a fair price and still allowed them to

Cons : vehicle was promised as a one day turn around, and this did not occur. I was told that the machine shop was delinquent in getting the parts back to them, so this could be a legitimate excuse. However, they should have prepped me for possible delays rather than indicating that it would be done (Don't read this as being too harsh..... this is really just a minor issue).

I was also a bit disappointed to learn that the machine shop might damage some parts during disassembly, and that these parts might have to be replaced at my cost. This was not related to me at time of quote, but related after the car was already under their service. I have later learned that this is also legitimate, but I would have appreciated knowing up front.

Summary : All in all I am satisfied with the services provided and will use this shop again. As a side note, I was recommended to this shop by a technician who does not work for them when I was looking for an alignment shop. He told me that they have the best alignment hardware in town. I had previously had an alignment done by a shop whose equipment was out of calibration, and was getting bad tire wear. This firestone immediately caught and corrected the problem.

I took the car to Firestone 9500 Montgomery Blvd. Ne Albuquerque,NM 87111They checked it in September but found nothing. They thought possibly the rim was the cause and adjusted it . However it continued to leak so I returned there early Saturday 10/15. I left and went to work out and they called as soon as I returned home (one hour and 15 minutes after I dropped it off.) This time they located a tiny nail on the tire near the sidewall. I will need to replace it as they can not repair a hole near a side wall. They gave m a reasonable estimate on a replacement. I plan to get the tire replaced this Saturday.They are friendly and easy to talk to which I appreciate. I hope I have the name correct but Mike helped me each time. He is very nice and the service is timely.I will follow up with the new tire experience.

Had an oddball sized battery that needed replacement. They had it in stock, replaced it in less than 30 minutes.
