"It should be noted that in an Email with profanity in it, you said that we should have charged you the "appropriate price" for this second visit. We did. You failed to inform us that your area rugs were not both small rugs. What you call appropriate is what you see fit to pay, not what our actual prices cover. It's also interesting to note this is the third time you called us for work. You didn't have to use our services again. You don't have any issues with our work. Ever. On a prior occasion you purchased a certain deal coupon. Those offers are for new customers only. We asked you to get a refund and then either go directly through us utilizing our specials, or choose another company. You agreed to obtain a refund and then scheduled with us anyway. When we finished that job, you pulled out the coupon and said that was all we were going to get. We were forced to take the coupon to get paid. Though you paid a tip, you still cheated us out of income. You were most dishonest about the refund you said you would obtain. And you would have easily obtained one. Not until we finished cleaning did you hand us the coupon you agreed not to use. We were shocked. On this occasion, you told the office you had wanted to use our Three Room and one Hall offer. You indicated you had two rooms, a hall and two 5 x 7 rugs. We have that recorded in our schedule book. As it turns out, you had one 8 x 10 and one 5 x 7 area rug. We would equate that to being over three rooms. We charged you for our Four room special, which was $16 more. (Our normal price on that smaller rug would have been $20.) We saved you some money. In short, *you* failed to tell us one rug was much larger when we asked you the sizes of the rugs on the phone. Yes, we charged you "appropriately." You paid for a Four room special, because it was less expensive than it would have been to charge you for Three rooms plus a rug. We always give our customers the best price. You were given that price, when you added more work in. On another review site you said we told you the two rugs would equal one room when we arrived at your home. We did not. None of our customers pay less than a one room price when substituting an 8 x 10 or 9 x12 for a room. It is the customer's job to make sure they are giving accurate details when scheduling. Twice now you have attempted to circumvent our policies and prices. You failed to read the fine print on the daily offer and this time you failed to give accurate descriptions of the work to be done. You have had no issues with our work. This situation would have been avoided if you disclosed that the two rugs were not the same size. No mention was made of an 8 x 10 rug. Ever. And for the record, we offered to wipe up the over-spray (which does happen if you want the edges of your carpet clean near tile), and you refused."
