He initially came to unplug a backup basement sewer where the washing machine discharge flooded the utility room due to an apparent blockage in the main waste-water pipe about 3 hours after he was notified. However, the flooding problem did not go away. Up notification the next day, he returned within 1/2 hour and further investigation revealed that the P-Trap pipe was cracked causing the waste water overflow. He said that he should have spotted the cracked pipe and therefore would not charge us for a second service call. About 4 hours later, he finished up the repair job and the problem has been eliminated. Mr. Sandoval is a hard, conscientious worker and he has great integrity. He is committed to doing the job right.
