Furnace had stopped working.  Mike came over, figured out what was broken and had the broken parts replaced and all put back together in a couple of days.  This happened on a Friday afternoon so he could not get the parts until Monday.  He came over on Friday evening to take the furnace apart and figure out what was needed.  I know he tried to get the parts on Saturday but they were not available.  Once he got the parts he was able to put it back together quickly. Mike is a pleasant person to work with and I appreciated his quick response.

Mike warned me there may be some extenuating problems after the installation, due to the 60 year old plumbing in my house, but I definitely do not feel he is just trying to make up problems to get more work. There is a noticeable drop in water pressure in one of my sinks which will have to be adressed in follow up visit. By the way, He did all the work when I wasn't even home to supervise. When I got home, the water heater was installed, ready to go, with no mess or dirt on the floors.
