Jon was extremely responsive and fantastic with follow-through. He always showed up when promised and did the job very efficiently. He was always interested in working with our feedback and making adjustments and reconfigurations accordingly. We appreciated his expertise and aesthetic discernment. His choice of materials was outstanding and his ability to understand what we were interested in achieving was very masterful. When we had some issues with the water feature-- quick water decline in pond liner--he responded immediately and came over to problem solve and troubleshoot. The overall installation is very lovely and natural-looking with the kind of cascading effect and acoustic result we were looking to accomplish. I highly recommend Jon for the creation of splendid water features and his extensive knowledge of southwest native plants.
